2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or as described below:

• Event cancellation by Riverhead Raceway — if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Rain delays and postponements — tickets for a postponed event are valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, contact us within 7 days of the postponement announcement to request a refund.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in your tickets being voided and your account being suspended.

3. Ticket Use

Tickets are issued to the purchaser and are non-transferable without our prior written consent. Resale of tickets at above face value is prohibited. Tickets obtained through unauthorized means will be voided without refund.

4. Conduct at the Track

Attendance at Riverhead Raceway events is subject to our on-site rules and the direction of track officials. We reserve the right to remove any person from the premises for behavior that endangers others, violates our rules, or is otherwise disruptive, without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

Auto racing is an inherently dangerous sport. By attending a Riverhead Raceway event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to contact with race vehicles, debris, and other spectators. Riverhead Raceway, its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for personal injury or property damage arising from such risks.

6. Photography & Media

By attending an event, you grant Riverhead Raceway a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs or video in which you appear for promotional purposes. If you are a credentialed media member, separate media credential terms apply.

7. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce content from this site without our express written permission. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, race results, and standings — is the property of Riverhead Raceway or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. NASCAR-related trademarks are property of NASCAR and used with permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Race schedules and results are subject to change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riverhead Raceway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or attendance at our events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
